We are seeking a highly motivated
Summer Trainee, Finance project assistant
to join the Global Finance Development team, based in Espoo, for a duration of 4 - 6 months and starting preferably in May 2025, depending on your availability.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting KONE strategic programs mainly related to Legal mandate implementations and other finance related KEY programs within the Global finance development organization. You will be working together with Global and area finance development teams, KONE IT, external partners and local frontlines from various countries.

• Support project manager with monitoring project progress
• Support projects with communication and potential escalations
• Support with project documentation, plans and reports
• Assign tasks to internal/ external teams and assist with schedule management
• Support with data analysis and quality checks and reconciliation activities

Requirements for the role :

• Project management experience not mandatory, but great benefit
• Presentation and communication skills, persuasiveness, and self-confidence
• Educational qualification in finance/ business (college/university)
• Strong English skills (practitioner level) are required . French (beginner to intermediate) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Microsoft office 365 tools ( E xcel, power point)
