You will participate in the following tasks:

  • Supporting in different projects in the Huhtamaki Governance and Finance Legal team, especially in relation to company law and securities market regulation
  • Providing day-to-day legal support in a wide range of governance and corporate finance matters, including participating in insider administration and subsidiary management as well as different financing and restructuring arrangements
  • Project tasks focusing on administration, document management and coordination including communication with different stakeholders

To succeed you will need:

  • At least 180 ECTS credits of legal studies completed
  • Good social and communications skills
  • Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things
  • A data-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Project coordination skills
  • An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish

The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
