Summer Trainee – Operations Development
to join our Operations Development team in Espoo, Finland. The Operations Development team ensures our New Building Solutions and Modernization operation s is developing to gain efficiency, speed and productivity . This is a full-time, fixed-term position lasting 4–6 months , starting in May 2025 .

In this role, you will assist in developing a Supervisor Upskilling Academy (SPV academy) within our operations d evelopment team. You’ll gain invaluable experience supporting the design and implementation of training programs to elevate supervisors’ competence and knowledge. You will learn to create comprehensive training modules, assist in facilitating engaging workshops, and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
