YOUR ROLE DURING THE SUMMER

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in Sales & Commercial Operations.
As our Summer Trainee, you will perform daily invoicing workflow by monitoring system automatic runs and carrying out related controls and/or doing manual invoicing, cancellations and reinvoicing. You will also execute month-end closing activities and actively coordinate and communicate invoicing related matters with customers, service providers and internal counterparties. In this role, you have an opportunity to familiarize yourself with practical everyday work responsibilities of invoicing function in a big international corporation.

THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Studies in the field of Business, Logistics or other relevant major
• Fluent basic ICT skills, experience in ERP or invoicing systems is an asset
• Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and oral
  We also value your flexibility to work past normal business hours (around monthly closing) and any previous experience from finance, sales, customer service or logistics as well as understanding of accounting basics.
