SUMMER TRAINEE, SERVICE & PRODUCT CONCEPTS

Our global Services and Product Concepts team is seeking an enthusiastic trainee to dive into service and product development from May to August 2025 at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki.

Responsibilities:

WHAT HELPS YOU TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE?

Your eagerness to learn with an interest in the international service business will be key to your success. We hope you are currently finalizing your studies, and you will also benefit from having some previous traineeship experience. To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s studies (or a recent degree) in Textile or Material Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • Good technical skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a practical approach to challenges
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

You will gain hands-on experience in service concepts by supporting the development of Lindström’s service areas, such as workwear and washroom. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating technical documents of services and service elements
  • Drafting guidelines and instructions for operations
  • Creating and updating internal marketing materials
  • Participating in agile team sessions and workshop
