YOUR ROLE DURING THE SUMMER
You will be responsible for supporting the Shipping Europe team and work as a part of the team with your own responsibility area. Day-to-day operations include working with our systems, internal and external stakeholders. You will support shipping front operators by handling and processing voyage related costs and invoices as well as inputting voyage details to reporting tools (IMOS/Nestor). Furthermore, this role will create initiatives to achieve emission reporting and invoicing lead time performance management targets. You will support ship operators in daily vessel operations and back-office duties. You will work closely with stakeholders in Invoicing and Payments teams, Claims & Demurrage teams, other back-office teams and the rest of the Shipping team to ensure timely and correct documentation and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you have studies in maritime, logistics, commercial or a similar, relevant field.
