Tietoevry Tech Services is now hiring two summer trainees to work with market research. This summer job will start in the beginning of May/June and last until the end of August. We follow the Economic Federation’s summer job wage recommendations for the year 2025. We are looking for people with a proactive way of working, innovative ideas and a true interest in understanding our customers’ needs and operating environments.

This position will offer you the possibility to work with

• The exploration of selected areas as part of the Tech Services overall business strategy in the Strategy & Business Operations unit of Tech Services in Espoo, Finland.
• Analyzing and identifying players and market opportunities in the IT consulting and services business in Nordics.
• Extending the scope of the analysis based on the initial results.
• Identifying future possibilities in these areas and create a strategic view/recommendation.
• Reporting the findings and creating a final report for the Tech Services leadership team.

We expect you to have

• Creative thinking abilities combined with an analytical approach.
• Basic understanding of the IT service business.
• Nearing the completion of a Master’s degree program.
• Fluent verbal, presentation and written English skills.
• Previous experience within business consulting or strategy work is considered as an advantage.
