We are now looking for a Strategy Trainee for our Strategy team, which is part of the newly established Strategy & Sustainability function. The Strategy team analyzes market trends, sets long-term goals and develops actionable plans for Kemira to reach its vision. The location for this role is our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.
In this role you will be supporting Kemira Strategy team in different tasks, ranging from different market studies, deep-dive corporate projects on a small scale to competitor and market intelligence. The precise scope can be agreed to suit your competences and interests. You have the opportunity to experience from the inside how a strategy team works in a global corporation, and you will have the tools to succeed in your work. You will report to the Vice President, Strategy based in Helsinki.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Solid project management skills and the ability to lead yourself
• A structured approach to make small projects or desktop studies on chosen topics
• A good team player, a supportive spirit new fresh ideas to help the organization improve, develop and experience benefits from sustainability
• A development-oriented mindset and taking ownership of dedicated tasks
• A suitable background and education with studies in business, chemistry or engineering
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English
