Responsibilities:
The Engineering & Technology -department (E&T) takes responsibility for the engineering of all solar and wind projects of Fortum and acts as the technical centre of excellence supporting project development, construction, and operations. E&T also is responsible for IT and PMO (Project Management Office) functions for Wind & Solar business.
As a Wind & Solar Analyst summer trainee, you will support and collaborate with your E&T colleagues in developing IT function further. The work tasks will vary and can include, for example, exploring and identifying applications for new digital technologies (like AI) in Wind & Solar business, updating digital road map and developing tools and ways of working for managing and optimizing software portfolio. The position is based at the Fortum HQ in Espoo, and you will be reporting to the Head of IT and PMO.
