We are now seeking an HR Summer Trainee for Paulig HR Services, Finland & Baltics team to help us further build the future of employee experience. You will be based in Vuosaari, Finland and report to the Head of HR, Finland & Baltics. You will be part of a great team of people based in Finland and Estonia.
In this role as HR Summer Trainee in the HR Services, Finland & Baltics team you will be working together with your own team as well as with other colleagues in the People & Culture organization. During the summer you are also expected to work with enhancing our HR communication platform. You will also support our Finnish organization in daily routines related to employment lifecycle actions.

What you will do:

  • Help us build up new HR communication platform
  • Help us clean the documentation and communication materials
  • Support employees in Finland in daily routines related to employment lifecycle actions
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team members across the organization and also be part of our summer trainee community

What we expect from you:

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:

  • Student in the relevant field and earlier work experience is considered to be a benefit
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online knowhow is beneficial but not required if you are a fast learner
  • Work in an organized way
  • Can work independently
  • Good communication skills as you will collaborate with Paulig employees
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
