We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to promote our premium range of Sun Control Window Films and Architectural Films (for glass and furniture). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining key relationships, and achieving sales targets across sectors like hotels, airports, Malls, high-rise commercial/residential buildings, and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales: Generate leads and convert them into customers across the hospitality, shopping mall, aviation, real estate, and commercial sectors.
Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, project managers, purchase heads, and other key decision-makers.
Promote Products: Market our range of sun control films for building exteriors and architectural films for interior glass and furniture surfaces.
Target Market: Actively connect with interior designers, architects, consultants, and fit-out contractors to pitch suitable solutions.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and installation of products at client sites.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales (preferably in building materials, glass films, or interiors)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Knowledge of local market and customer base in the construction/interior space is an advantage
Valid driving license (if applicable)
