III. REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Education.
• At least 7 years of experience in vocational training, curriculum development, or industry-specific education.
• In-depth understanding of hospitality service standards and training best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and industry engagement skills.

• Develop and update specialized training modules in alignment with EHL’s framework and industry needs.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and guest lecturers.
• Assess program effectiveness, introducing innovative teaching approaches and practical learning experiences.
• Build and maintain strong connections with hospitality partners for internships and work placements.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.
