III. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in hospitality education or service industries.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.

• Direct the administration, facilities, and campus operations to support high-quality learning experiences.
• Ensure that facilities meet training requirements aligned with standards.
• Develop and refine operational processes for efficiency and service excellence.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to deliver outstanding program support.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational performance.
