This part-time Chef role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a café kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production Prepare, cook, and present breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Take responsibility for washing and maintaining kitchen equipment during shifts Complete end-of-day kitchen close-down to a satisfactory standard Kitchen & Menu Information Breakfast service: Weekdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm Sundays: 9:00am – 2:00pm Lunch service runs until 3:00pm on weekdays Menus are café-style breakfast and lunch offerings.
