JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a new team member initially for a Sunday sales role, but potential for growth. the right candidate must have previous experience in retail and primarily impeccable customer service. This is more a people person role than a Bridal/ fashion role so confidence and adaptability are key.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Time management to ensure appointments are optimised.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and ability to cover holidays would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Set the boutique up, ready for a day of appointments
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment
  • Pre-qualify all appointments and be prepared for Brides attending
  • Be able to ‘hold the room’ with the Bride and their entourage to ensure a professional experience
  • Maximise sales through sales experience and confidence (training provided)
  • Be able to measure and take order efficiently (training provided)
