We are seeking a Department Manager to lead the Sunrise Cleaning Division. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, service, or restoration/cleaning industries preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE

The Sunrise Cleaning Department Manager is responsible for leading the division to achieve growth, operational efficiency, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. This includes managing a team of technicians, overseeing scheduling and workflow, maintaining equipment and processes, and ensuring consistent profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing technician team.
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards; maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory; improve workflows.
  • Financial Performance: Own budgets, P&L, and profitability; hit revenue/margin targets; monitor expenses and efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, resolve issues quickly, generate referrals and repeat business, and drive 5-star reviews.
  • Scheduling & Workflow: Build efficient schedules, maximize technician utilization, and coordinate with other departments for multi-phase jobs.
