To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do. As a Superannuation Consultant, your role is vital in providing member education and general advice on a wide range of topics. Your primary objective is to enhance member engagement, outcomes, and product utilisation and retention, leading to the growth of our membership base. You will work closely with members, employers, advisers, unions, and strategic partners to effectively deliver and promote the Fund's product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Engage with members and employees in person across Victoria, Tasmania and virtually to address factual and general inquiries about Rest's products, superannuation, and retirement solutions. Identify members in need of personalised advice and refer them to the appropriate Rest Advice channels for further support. Conduct presentations at member, employer, union, and partner seminars, both in person and virtually, focusing on topics that are easy to understand and relate to Rest's solutions and services. Deliver high-quality and engaging virtual or pre-recorded seminars to a diverse audience covering various subjects. Qualifications RG146 compliance A Diploma in Financial Planning or relevant Tertiary qualifications is highly valued Demonstrated experience in a similar role within financial services Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge in areas such as superannuation, insurance arrangements, investments, Centrelink, pension-based products, and relevant legislation. Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations on a range of financial topics, including Budgeting, Financial Wellness, Retirement Age Pension, Estate Planning, Digital capabilities of the Fund, and Investment Market Updates.
