Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our next Superannuation Data Consultant, you’ll play a central role in helping Australia’s leading super funds become truly data-driven.
You’ll dive into complex datasets, shape them into meaningful models, and surface insights that drive real-world decision-making. You’ll work directly with fund executives and senior team members to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
You will have the opportunity to work across the full data pipeline — from wrangling and modelling data using SQL, to delivering insights through dashboards and visualisation tools — helping build a data-driven culture within client organisations

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience working at a Tier 1 consulting company, superannuation fund, or [GC1] service provider to the superannuation industry
  • Passion for working with data and using data to make a difference
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL coding skills
  • Intermediate to advanced data visualisation skills with packages such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to present highly technical solutions concisely to a wide range of stakeholders with varying levels of technical capabilit
