Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Bohemia, NY
Salary: $150K – $175K
Are you an experienced construction leader with a passion for delivering high-impact public infrastructure projects? We are seeking a results-driven Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of government and municipal construction projects, from planning through to completion.
As Superintendent, you’ll play a critical role in managing on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and scheduling standards are met across a range of public works projects – including schools, transportation facilities, municipal buildings, and parks. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and local authorities to ensure seamless delivery that meets both community needs and compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on public or government-funded projects
· Deep understanding of construction processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
· Proven track record of managing large-scale projects ($5M+)
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
