Chief tasks include but are not limited to: Supervise foremen and field craft Conduct daily safety meetings Subcontractor Subcontractor management Jobsite walks Look ahead schedules Daily game plans Equipment & crew scheduling and tracking Extra work tags Create work plans to implement best means and methods Requirements 5+ years relevant experience bilingual Spanish/ English preferred

Responsibilities

Superintendents are responsible for the overall success of the project and are expected to be leaders in the field. Key tasks include supervising foremen, conducting safety meetings, managing subcontractors, and creating work plans.
