CRM Benefits: * 11 paid holidays (includes 1 floating holiday and the day after Thanksgiving!) * Excellent insurance options/benefits that are up to 75% employer paid! * 100% up to 5% 401k match * Competitive Salary * Annual reviews with performance-based bonuses * EAP including Discount programs * PTO accruing upon start Superintendent - Responsibilities: The Superintendent’s primary duty is to assist the Regional Director of Maintenance in their duty by leading the Maintenance Team to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and team members by maintaining the physical integrity of the property. * Maintain the physical condition of entire property. * Lead and supervise the maintenance team. * Maintain relationships with other team members and residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property. * Diagnose and performs all minor, major, and routine maintenance. * Handle inventory. * Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met. * Report to Regional Director of Maintenance. Superintendent - Requirements: * Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience. * Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances. * Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow. * Confident, positive attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
