QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of Construction experience (high rise, residential) and a minimum of 6 years in a supervisor capacity role
• Proficiency in structural concrete & steel, foundations and deep installations
• Proven ability to manage project values of $50M+
• Proven ability to lead mid-sized to large teams
• Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule
• Look-ahead a year or more in planning work
• Knowledge of construction engineering and design
• Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes
