Join Macmahon’s Tropicana Project as a Commercial Superintendent, where you’ll lead financial oversight and strategic planning to drive project performance. This role is pivotal in analysing financial health, delivering accurate reporting, and guiding forecasting to optimise productivity and profitability. You’ll also manage key administrative functions for the technical services team, including leave coordination, performance reviews, and development planning.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual, client, and internal Macmahon requirements.
• Assist in compiling precise monthly reporting and review packs for project oversight.
• Provide commercial analysis and input into tender submissions and scope amendments.
• Drive a safety-first culture through leadership and accountability across the team.
• Assist operational teams in delivering Full Asset Potential initiatives in line with site objectives and compliance frameworks.
• Uphold and actively demonstrate Macmahon’s Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• Proven commercial insight and strong business acumen.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting practices, with sharp attention to detail.
• The ability to interpret and apply contractual documentation effectively.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards and procedural requirements
