Be More, Apply Now!   Join Macmahon’s Greenbushes Lithium Mine Project as a Commercial Superintendent, where you’ll lead financial oversight and strategic planning to drive project performance. This role is pivotal in analysing financial health, delivering accurate reporting, and guiding forecasting to optimise productivity and profitability.  Greenbushes Lithium Mine is a drive-in, drive-out site located approximately 250 kilometres south of Perth adjacent to the town of Greenbushes in Western Australia.    About the Role   Ensure commercial actions within the business risk model are in place and effective. Assist the Project Manager - Alternate in the accurate compilation of monthly reports and review packs Review all monthly claims for all contracts in a timely manner to ensure compliance and best practice Assist with the compilation of budgets and quarterly forecasts for Surface Mining Liaise with the contracts department to ensure all contract documentation is reviewed prior to acceptance and execution Provide advice to site leadership in relation to financial KPI’s  Participate in monthly cost reviews with the Project Manager DIDO (TBC) Roster Perth to Greenbushes     About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:   A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline. Proven commercial insight and strong business acumen. Solid understanding of financial and accounting practices, with sharp attention to detail. The ability to interpret and apply contractual documentation effectively. Familiarity with QA/QC standards and procedural requirements.
