About the role We are looking for a Superintendent - Contractor Management, Site Work & HSE to ensure IS&T vendor‑delivered work is planned, governed and executed safely, effectively and predictably across site environments. This role has primary accountability for early‑stage planning assurance and contractor management governance, supporting contract owners and delivery teams before supplier mobilisation. You will lead the contractor management supervision model, ensuring scopes of work are well defined, risks are addressed up‑front, and delivery aligns with Element 7 – Supplier and Contractor Management, Rio Tinto HSES standards and Product Group requirements. The role is based in Perth, with site travel as required, and works in close partnership with the IS&T HSE function. No relocation assistance is offered for this role.
