POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent based in the Inland Empire we are a General Contractor specializing in Public Works & Hospitality projects. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Superintendent with K12, Library, and other Public Works experience to lead projects throughout Southern California.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with multi-family, K-12, charter, public works, commercial, and tenant improvement projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
• Strong focus on site safety and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Experience in equipment management and site logistics

• Lead and supervise daily operations on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
