POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while fostering a collaborative environment among all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
