POSITION OVERVIEW

The Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial construction projects from ground-up through completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role focuses on commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects, including tenant improvements and high-rise developments, while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes.
• Experience with high-rise and hospitality construction projects preferred.
• Familiarity with tenant improvements and managing MEP subcontractors.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera and Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera and manage resources effectively.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and ensure project budgets are adhered to.
• Assist in resolving any onsite conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
