Job Description:
The Superintendent is responsible for on-site leadership and coordination of heavy industrial and data center electrical installation projects at client facilities. This role ensures that electrical crews and subcontractors complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
In addition to overseeing field operations, the Superintendent must possess strong technical knowledge and the confidence to conduct job walks, assess site conditions, and effectively communicate with customers. The ideal candidate will be capable of identifying challenges in real time, proposing viable solutions, and helping the customer understand options with clarity and professionalism. This role requires proactive involvement in planning, troubleshooting, and maintaining forward momentum on projects through strong relationships and technical insight.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the electrical field.
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, or utility-scale electrical projects
• Training inNFPA 70E, OSHA 30, or other safety certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
