Description This is the perfect time to join a large and growing Real Estate Company as a working Superintendent in a Luxury, 500 Unit, apartment Complex in New Rochelle, NY. With approximately 32 properties that include over 6,000 apartments, Goldfarb Properties is a family-owned and managed business, offering the finest and newly renovated apartments across five diverse regions. We are dedicated to providing an elevated living experience for our residents through our premium product and our promise to make a positive impact on our neighborhoods through our community-driven initiatives.  A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in plumbing work, electrical repairs, and general maintenance, and at least 5 years in a supervisory position. You will be responding to residents' maintenance needs, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, and supervising porters and contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry is important. Experience with snow removal and driving a plow truck is a plus. Requirements * On-call 24/7 * Electrical experience * Plumbing experience * Must own all necessary tools * Ability to successfully snake and clear a drain. * Troubleshoot a boiler. * Computer literate. * Yardi experience a plus * Min 5 years experience, Porters/Handyman/Superintendent  * Positive CAN-DO attitude a MUST * Spanish speaking a plus   Compensation and Benefits * Hourly rate $27.00 to $30.00 hourly * Free apartment * workshop/office * 32BJ union benefits * Access to all amenities including bike storage, gym, laundry room, parking
