Rogers-O'Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 5-10 years experience in the commercial construction space with Hi-Rise Ground Up experience.. Although it will be your responsibility to build a variety of projects in various sectors alongside the Project Manager (from conceptual plan, schedule, staffing plans, through completion), you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site. In this important and demanding role, both you and the Project Manager will ensure that all team members – including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication. As you can likely tell, no day will be the same. There will be similarities, but some of your responsibilities include: * Supervise all field operations for the project. * Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality. * Establish subcontractor performance schedules. * Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions. * Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees. If you have 7–10 years’ experience with $10 M+ projects and Ground-Up expertise with High-Rise or Multi-Family sectors—come join the team! Responsibilities

The Superintendent will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site, working alongside the Project Manager to build projects from conceptual plan through completion. Key duties include supervising field operations, coordinating on quality issues, establishing subcontractor schedules, and ensuring site safety through inspections and conducting Toolbox Talks.
