Responsibilities

Join our team as a Superintendent Hotel- Refit & Projects, where you’ll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing hotel projects for large-scale passenger ship refits and onboard operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

  • Responsible of all hotel project activities, including planning, preparation, execution and control of large-scale passenger ship refit programs and smaller hotel projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget compliance across disciplines and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and dry-dock periods, supervising and managing all activities related to assigned projects and systems, including maintenance. Provide technical expertise and operational support
  • Drive continuous improvement, dynamically optimizing activity planning based on lessons learned and evolving circumstances
  • Conduct reports, statistical analysis, and progress control to track yard performance and project efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as required, contributing to overall project success
