QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• 8 to 15 years of construction experience and a minimum of 4-8+ years in a supervisor capacity role
• Proficiency in Civil Infrastructure with special consideration for Water or Rail experience
• Proven ability to manage project values $15M to $50M
• Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams
• Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule
• Look-ahead 3 to 12 months in planning work
• Knowledge of construction engineering and design
• Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes
