Our client is hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations on cutting-edge geotechnical projects across the U.S. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your leadership will drive the success of critical infrastructure and stabilization efforts—from remote mountainsides to large-scale construction sites.
You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of industry experts to apply innovative techniques that ensure the safety, stability, and sustainability of diverse environments. No two days are the same—and every site offers new opportunities for learning and growth.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of Superintendent experience in Construction or Geotechnical industries
  • 1–5 years of experience managing field crews or construction teams
  • Proven understanding of blueprint interpretation and construction technology
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic tools and field operations
  • Familiarity with pre-construction planning processes
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide
  • Experience with shotcrete, ground stabilization, or slope support systems highly preferred

Location: USA – Travel Nationwide (100% Travel)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $34–$40/hr + Bonus + Overtime
Travel Schedule: On-site for 3 weeks at a time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead on-site crews and oversee day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
  • Ensure safety protocols and site compliance are followed at all times
  • Operate and oversee the use of construction tools and equipment, including pneumatic systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and crew activity
  • Assist with pre-construction planning and logistics
  • Mentor and guide field staff to support professional growth and team success
