Job Description The Superintendent IV is responsible for managing all construction activities on complex to highly complex projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule. This role requires exceptional leadership to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activities. The Superintendent IV will oversee multiple discipline superintendents and scopes of work ranging from $20MM to $50MM in direct construction, with minimal guidance from senior leadership. Candidates must be willing to travel as project needs require. Key Responsibilities Directly manage construction activities to meet specifications, budget, and schedule Lead complex to highly complex projects Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activities Oversee multiple discipline superintendents and scopes of work ranging from $20MM to $50MM in direct construction Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum of 15 years of construction experience Additional Qualifications Proven ability to lead and mentor teams Demonstrated success managing construction scope on mid- to large-sized projects Design/Build experience preferred Strong understanding of project specifications and ability to identify field deviations Superior planning skills, including proficiency with Lean tools for scheduling, constructability, and sequencing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices (iPad or handheld) Experience with project management software; PlanGrid experience highly desired Familiarity with VDC applications a plus Discipline-specific expertise (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing, Automation, I&C) #LI-JV1 Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
