QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-5 years of residential or commercial construction experience with 2+ years of field supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of the construction industry including best practices, construction materials, construction building codes and safety regulations.
· Strong communication, organization, time management and construction planning skills are a must.
· Strong candidates must be able to problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and willingness to adopt new project management software and technology.
· Degree in Construction Management desired but will consider equivalent experience.

· Plan and implement on-site construction management, construction methods, schedules, site logistics and technical aspects of construction.
· Work and communicate with project managers and assistant project managers to ensure project timeliness and productivity.
· Develop, monitor and execute the construction plans and schedules.
· Oversee on-site project operations and adherence to local building codes.
· Supervise, mentor and coach company employees.
· Organize and coordinate all sub-contractor activities.
· Build and maintain relationships with project managers, architects, the public and subcontractors.
· Oversee all aspects of on-site jobsite safety.
· Work with local building officials and other regulatory agencies.
· Assist in coding project invoices and ensuring invoice accuracy.
· Review shop drawings and coordinate with engineers to ensure construction meets all required specifications and schedules.
· Manage project completion including punch listing, final inspection, warranty work and all deficiencies.
