What We Offer: Competitive Compensation packages Employee Benefit Program including medical and dental coverage Employee Assistance Program Training and Advancement Opportunities across Phoenix Group of Companies What You Bring: Proven experience in leading successful project teams with 5-10 years of previous experience in supervisory/management role in the industrial construction or the oil & gas industry Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage of a project Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry related trade certification / education Pivotal in planning, organizing, and controlling a project to meet and exceed expectations Ensuring utilization and compliance of corporate policies and procedures Prioritization of business needs, while keeping projects aligned with organizations strategy and portfolio direction Provide guidance to project staff, responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by influencing, developing, and implementing field project plans and schedule Effectively communicate all issues, resolve conflicts and removing obstacles to progress Able to liaise between Clients and Company Ownership Invested in a safety-oriented work environment Previous Experience: construction manager, construction, manager, construction supervisor, general manager, construction management, construction superintendent, superintendent, supervisor, construction site supervisor, Foreman, General Foreman, construction Requirements: Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing Successful completion of background check and/or additional assessments Valid Drivers License Valid Drivers Abstract Leadership for Safety Excellence Certificate Standard First Aid Common Safety Orientation (CSO) WHMIS 2015 H2S Alive Certification (Energy Safety Certification preferred) At Phoenix Industrial, we believe we are stronger together.
