We are looking for a Superintendent – Maintenance Planning and Materials to lead a high-performing team responsible for maintenance planning and materials warehousing at our Yarwun operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance leader to step into a strategic role within a large and complex refinery. Reporting to the Manager – Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of Planners and Warehouse personnel to deliver safe, efficient and reliable outcomes
  • Planning and managing the maintenance budget for people, plant and materials across the site
  • Developing and optimising maintenance schedules to drive sustainable performance improvements
  • Coordinating the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational needs
  • Establishing and tracking weekly, monthly and annual KPIs aligned with refinery maintenance goals
  • Championing a culture of safety, care and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrating Rio Tinto’s values of Care, Courage, and Curiosity in everything you do
