The successful candidate will become a member of a hardworking and committed team within Refinery, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring critical procedures and safety requirements are always adhered to whilst coordinating the maintenance of a vast array of equipment, this includes;
• Pumps: Centrifugal, Turbine, Axial, Positive Displace • Heat Exchangers: Shell and Tube, Plate Pack, Fin, Condensers, Economisers • Blowers, Compressors, Vacuum Pumps • Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Flash Vessels • Thickeners and Clarifiers • Solvent extraction • Ammonium Sulphate Plant • Reduction Autoclaves • Nickel and Cobalt Sintering Furnaces • Oxygen Autoclaves
Coordinate the activities of the shift and day maintenance personnel to minimise plant disruptions due to mechanical failures.
Schedule maintenance work to minimise impact on production.
Oversee all area ongoing maintenance and ensure all planned maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in the shortest time frame.
Lead and support Coordinators and Supervisors in their daily activities
