Our business scope covers CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafer, LCD process and inspection equipment and materials; outsourcing service in tool manufacturing; clean room and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control system, etc. Job overview: The Superintendent will oversee daily field execution for semiconductor tool installation projects within active fab and cleanroom environments. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, field crews, tool vendors, facility teams, and internal project teams to ensure tool move-in, hook-up, pre-facilitation, installation, punch list, and handover activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with client, EHS, QAQC, and cleanroom requirements. General Responsibilities: Lead daily field execution, construction coordination, look-ahead planning, work sequencing, and issue resolution across assigned semiconductor construction and tool installation scopes. Manage, guide, and prioritize Construction Coordinators supporting field activities, progress tracking, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and issue escalation. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, tool owners, facility teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain safe, efficient, and schedule-aligned execution. Conduct site walks, field inspections, progress reviews, and daily/weekly coordination meetings. Work cross-functionally with project, safety, quality, logistics, engineering, and client-facing teams to support field execution and project milestones. Monitor field constraints, access issues, constructability concerns, schedule risks, material readiness, safety observations, and quality concerns. Resolve day-to-day field conflicts and escalate critical issues to project leadership as needed. Support punch-list completion, turnover readiness, commissioning support, and client handover activities. Qualification: 5+ years of field construction supervision experience required; 8+ years preferred for large-scale semiconductor, high-tech, or mission-critical construction environments. Direct field experience in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, tool installation, MEP, wet mechanical, process utilities, or high-tech facility construction required. Experience coordinating subcontractor crews, trades, foremen, field coordinators, vendors, or site resources. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field, trade, or site leadership experience may be considered. OSHA 30 required. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs, construction schedules, work packages, RFIs, and field documentation. Skills: Strong field leadership, work sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and conflict resolution. Strong understanding of active construction site safety, PPE, permitting, cleanroom rules, and contamination-control requirements. Ability to coordinate between PM, EHS, QAQC, scheduler, materials, vendors, and subcontractor crews. Strong communication, documentation, and daily reporting discipline. Ability to work onsite, perform field walks, climb ladders/stairs as needed, and support overtime/weekend/shift requirements when project conditions require.
