  • Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to promote productivity and teamwork.

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing on-site construction activities within the building and construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Expericne working in the Philadelphia market
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and maintain attention to detail.
