As our Superintendent, you’ll be the go-to person on site — responsible for the entire construction lifecycle, from breaking ground to project close-out. You’ll lead crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Oversee all site operations to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes & safety regulations
• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing construction projects start to finish
• Monitor schedules and budgets, adjusting plans as needed
• Lead onsite project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, architects & subcontractors
• Organize daily staffing and ensure all materials and equipment are on hand
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, take-offs, and handle documentation
• Enforce safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure PPE availability
• Hire, supervise, and coordinate trades and site staff
• Ensure accurate close-out and reporting at project completion
• Tackle any challenges that arise, head-on
