Sealand Contractors Corp. is now accepting resumes for the position of a Superintendent. This position requires experience with heavy highway construction. A successful candidate must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for this position:

• 5 Years experience as a Superintendent
• Experience in Heavy Highway work
• Managed multiple crews on multi-million dollar projects
• Ensured projects stayed on schedule and in budget
• Managed Subcontractors on-site work and scheduling
• Documented daily activities for project records to include quantities, potential issues, identification of future and existing CO’s, identify and report RFI’s
• Managed Equipment rentals and mobilizations
• Placed orders for materials
• Enforced all company safety regulations with employees and subcontractors
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with HCSS timecard software is a plus.
• This is not an entry level position. It is anticipated to be a long-term position, with a competitive wage and benefit package based on experience and knowledge within the field.
• Pay rate- $40.00-$50.00
