Reporting to the Manager your accountabilities include:

  • Create a culture where safety is a priority, people are inspired and empowered to deliver superior performance.
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Planners responsible for short- and long-term maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Lead a team of Reliability Engineers and drive the continuous improvement of the fleet.
  • Identify long-term opportunities for improvement through focussing on equipment reliability
  • Own and govern the Maintenance Strategies of the fleet, to maximise their value from now until the end of mine life.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive equipment and maintenance performance outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate Equipment Reliability, Failure Analysis and RCM.
  • Champion Management of Change process for all maintenance related changes
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operation in maximising the availability of the sites Earth Moving Equipment through robust reliability improvements and maintenance planning.
An analytical problem solver with the ability to manage long term projects and priorities and has demonstrated experience in driving change will be successful in this role.
