In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and direction to project and operational teams on a large-scale program of works in the Brisbane region
  • Leading the resource coordination, scheduling and site activities across multiple projects to ensure effective works delivery across the program of works
  • Upholding a high safety standard; creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public
  • Monitoring project performance to identify and implement efficiencies and productivity improvements, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds operational and financial targets
  • Working in partnership with project leads to build and develop teams, driving successful delivery outcomes.

How you’ll connect to the role:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent/ Construction Manager working on $100m+ per year long-term programs/ projects delivering Civil and M&E scopes
  • Strong experience in managing contractor and workforce performance, ensuring compliance and high with safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Demonstarted ability to lead field teams and coordinate multidisciplinary works across multiple sites or project stages
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to assess issues on site and implement effective, practical solutions
  • Ability to provide constructability input throughout the design development process and tender development processes
  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 culture
