We are seeking an engaging, safety and productivity focused Superintendent Projects to lead our onsite project delivery team based at Brockman 4 for the Greater Brockman region. Reporting to the Manager Operational Readiness and Project Delivery, this role has strong business exposure. This is a great opportunity to showcase your influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will be responsible for executing divisional capital projects mostly This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, project management and commercial acumen, coupled with your technical knowledge to manage the portfolio of strategic turnkey solutions for Brockman.
This role will suit a proficient leader, who has experience working in project leadership roles, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor and coach team members, business partners, contract partners and senior leaders.
