This is a full-time, field-based role with a competitive salary of $110,000/year, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES (PRIMARY FOCUS):

Lead all on-site construction activities with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and enforce compliance with plans and specs.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, vendors, and stakeholders.
Document daily logs, progress photos, and reports.
Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and security.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (AS NEEDED):

Manage smaller-scale projects like refreshes and equipment installs between larger assignments.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and owners.
Track project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
Submit reports, change orders, and punch lists to ensure timely completion.
? What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial or retail construction.
2+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage fast-paced projects independently.
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Willingness to travel within CA, WA, OR as needed.
Comfortable in environments where team members “wear multiple hats.”

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs.
Requires manual dexterity and normal range of hearing/vision.
