Job Description: DeLeers Construction is expanding our Team! We currently have an opening for an Superintendent role in our Renovations department. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordination of all field activities related to the physical construction on residential and/or commercial construction job projects which you are assigned. The individual in this position is expected to function as the onsite representative and liaison for DeLeers Service Division, acting on behalf of the company with owners to help resolve problems or conflicts. Superintendents also receive a company truck and must have a valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards. Successful candidates must have prior experience in all areas of carpentry including framing, siding, and finish/trim work. Must have superior problem solving and organizational skills and be computer literate. Professional communication skills to talk trade partners, and owners is requires DeLeers Construction has been in business over 80 years, with a solid reputation for quality work. Based out of De Pere, WI.
