Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are seeking a Site Superintendent Representative – Electrical & Traffic Signals to oversee critical capital works and renewal projects. Key responsibilities include: Assist in managing and supervising electrical-based capital works during outsourced delivery phases across multiple sites. Perform the role of Superintendent’s Inspector/Superintendent’s Representative, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Release hold points and monitor adherence to safety procedures on-site. Develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders, incorporating input into project planning and delivery. Review scopes, plan works, and ensure governance and reporting frameworks are strictly followed. Provide regular progress reports and submissions on technical compliance and project standards. Undertake contract administration duties, including valuation of progress payments and variations. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills. We are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in civil, structural, electrical, or lighting infrastructure. Proven experience in managing electrical and traffic signal projects, including contract administration. Familiarity with government specifications and technical standards documentation. Knowledge of government specifications and compliance requirements.
