Description
Job Overview: The Superintendent Rigging role requires an in-depth understanding of project execution strategies, workforce management theories, and Rigging principles, with a basic knowledge of related disciplines. The Superintendent Rigging must be able to apply industry insights to enhance on-site productivity, provide leadership, and influence processes and policies for effective workforce governance, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact project outcomes. The Superintendent Rigging’s decisions are pivotal in ensuring that the team meets its objectives with efficiency and adherence to safety standards. These decisions should be guided by established policies, resource allocations, budget considerations, and the overarching project plan.  Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Together, we’ve forged some of the most trusted partnerships across the energy value chain to make what was once just an idea a reality: laying subsea infrastructure thousands of feet below sea level, installing platforms hundreds of miles from shore, using our expertise to design and build offshore wind infrastructure, and reshaping the onshore landscape to deliver the energy products the world needs safely and sustainably. For more than 100 years, we've been making the impossible possible. Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.
